Our experienced stylists use their creativity and knowledge to make everyone feel and look their best. We take the time to not only understand your hair, but also your lifestyle, so we can create a style and color that is perfectly tailored for you.

To make it even easier, you can also book online by clicking on the Book Now tab or if you are unsure what service our stylist to book, fill out the new guest application form so we can help you decide which stylist/ service is best for you.

Salon Policies

Due to limited space, we ask that only the guest receiving services remain in the salon for the duration of the appointment. 

  We strive to create a serene and professional environment for all of our clients. In order to maintain this atmosphere and ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our guests, we have implemented the following No Child Policy:

 

  • Age Restriction: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and their guardian should remain present during their service.

  • Safety Concerns: The salon environment includes sharp objects, hot styling tools, chemicals, and other potentially hazardous materials. For the safety of children and our staff, we cannot accommodate unsupervised minors.

  • Client Experience: Our salon aims to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our clients. While we adore children, their presence can sometimes disrupt the calm atmosphere we strive to maintain.

  • Quality of Service: Our stylists are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to each client. The presence of unsupervised children may distract our stylists from focusing entirely on their work, which could compromise the quality of service provided.

  • Liability Concerns: Unsupervised children pose a liability risk for both the salon and their guardians. We cannot assume responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur involving unsupervised minors.

 

Exceptions:

  • Children who are scheduled for a hair service accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Infants in carriers or strollers are allowed if they are not disruptive to other clients and are attended to by their guardian at all times.                                                                       

We do not have the space in our salon for any extra guest that are not receiving services, please do not bring any friends or family to your appointment.

Our Cancellation/Redo Policies-


Salon South is a Booth Rental Salon and all of the stylists are independent contractors. If you need to discuss anything about your future, past or present appointment you need to reach out to them directly. If you are unhappy with your service, our stylist take pride in their work and are more than happy to get you back in at no cost to you as long as you contact your service provider within 48 hours. We are here to make your hair dreams come true so don't be afraid to reach out if needed. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! Please review our updated policies below.
 

We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you. Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial service date. Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color. A redo service could possibly have a color fee of $25 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments. Your stylist will tell you directly during your consultation if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.  If your goal cannot be achieved in one appointment, or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our color agreement. And if you do not get the look you want after only one service, it will not be considered a redo and another service will need to be booked at full price. 

Cancellations-
Our No-Show and Last Minute Cancellation Policy is due to the high demand of our artists, we require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. We require a 48 hour notice of any changes to any scheduled appointment or cancellation. If you can not provide this to us, you will incur a 50% fee of services booked *if the time slot cannot be filled. A no show client will be charged 100% of the services booked. We understand that things happen sometimes and we are more than happy to reschedule you with proper notice. We appreciate your patronage and hope that you understand that it is very hard for us to fill our books last minute, this is why we ask for this notice.
